Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA)
The Head Office of the Organization will be situated at ILEMBO MADUKANI Area in MBEYA RURAL DISTRICT, in the United Republic of Tanzania.

1.    MISSION
Our mission is to provide integral social and developmental activities to youth members within a reachable, safe, sound, and trustworthy environment.
2.    VISION
Our vision for Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) is one of a warm place where youth’s acquires the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors to become independent adults capable of realizing their full potential and participating actively in their communities through their talents.
3.  PROGRAM
The programs of Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) are founded on voluntary participation in activities structured to maximize the opportunity for young people to engage in terms of their unique development capacities and needs. Every program operates within a framework designed to:
ü  To promote educations, sports /games and creative arts to the youths.
ü  Strengthen personal knowledge and skills and the promotion of healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
ü  Develop interpersonal skills and practices of understanding, tolerance and inclusion.
ü  Contribute to a sense of civic responsibility and engagement in community.
ü  TAYOTA encourages social action supporting young people to work together to effect change both in their lives and within the community, raising funds for issues they feel passionate about and organizing practical tasks
ü  TAYOTA bring people together in purposeful, mutually beneficial activities which promote greater understanding and respect between generations and contributes to building more cohesive communities.
ü  Intergenerational activities build on the positive resources that the young, older and middle generations have to offer each other and are an effective way to address issues important to our community.
ü  TAYOTA Intergenerational initiatives fall into three categories, i)supporting each other,
ii) Working together to address community issues,
iii) And learning together.

4.    STATUS.
The Organization will operate nation-wide and will acquire a legal personality with the capacity to sue and to be sued in its own name, to acquire, dispose and hold movable and immovable property, to enter into contracts, to borrow and lend money or other property, and to receive grants and kinds of support to enable it to achieve its goals. The Organization is a non-profit sharing and non-denominational.
ü  Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) is the most excellent institutes, the flag of young men, excellent products serving community, and excellent creativity to improve youth’s talents and generating their entrepreneurship ideas for sustainable development.
ü  Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) is there to improve, stimulate, develop, promote, motivate and empower youths, economically through their own talents to cut down poverty, dependence, unemployment, and underdevelopment among themselves. 

5.    OBJECTIVES.
The general objective of this organization is to improve the life standard of Youth’s in this country. 
The Specific Objectives Are;
u To create employment opportunities and impart people with entrepreneurship skills to improve life standards.
u To fight against HIV/AIDS, gender discrimination and general public health education.
u To carry out research on behalf of the Organization or any other person or body of persons.
u To provide advice and consultancy services of expertise and professional nature.
u  To promote policy and institutional change that will stimulate economic growth and equity to benefit the majority.
u To sensitize the establishment and development of cottage industries.
u To promote and provide general community education and networking with local and international community.
u To provide legal assistance and education to the needy.
u To promote tourism and rational environmental use and conservation.
u To promote demand driven workforce development in Tanzania.
u To promote human and economic rights, patriotism and self reliance
u To review and promote cultural development, with a view of eradicating outdated cultural practices.
u To foster and develop increased learning and development opportunities for young people by encouraging and supporting them to contribute, steer initiatives and lead their own youth-led projects.
u To build strong relationships with organizations that share our aims, thereby further increasing the capacity of young people to build on their skills and aptitudes for their own personal growth and their community’s long term success and development.
u To generate in young people a sense of responsibility and ownership for the actions they undertake and to develop their citizenship and involvement in their communities.
u To support and engage in conflict resolution initiatives and promotion of peace at local, regional and international levels.
6.    OUR TARGET
u Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) established to save the lower income people/people living in rural area especially the young men (aged to 12-35) who have their talents but lacks supports to generate their talents.
u Why this group? Because Young men have their talents but they lack financial facilities/they lack capital, also they are working in a bad working condition (low wages/cheap labour, long working hour, harsh supervision and some has no employment opportunity) which accelerates to failure of developing their talents.
u Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) will be enhancing/influencing/financing youths to develop their talents for well being.
u Tanzania Youth Talent Association (TAYOTA) will be looking alternative ways on how to improve youth’s talents/career basing on educations, sports and creative arts. Also we target to help young men to get vocational training certificate basing on their career/ideas/talents.
