TANZANIA YOUTH TALENT ASSOCIATIO Our mandate is mainly based on the association planned Programme of Action for Youth. The fields of action identified by the organisation are: education, employment,  poverty, health, environment, substance abuse, juvenile justice, leisure-time activities, girls and young women and the full and effective participation of youth in the life of society and in decision-making, as well as globalization, information and communication technologies, HIV/AIDS, armed conflict, and inter-generational issues. Point on Youth works to: Enhance awareness of the global situation of youth and increase recognition of the rights and aspirations of youth; Promote national youth policies, national youth coordinating mechanisms and national youth programmes of action as integral parts of social and economic development, in cooperation with both governmental and non-governmental organizations; and Strengthen the participation of youth in decision-making processes

The general objective of this organization is to improve the life standard of Youth’s in this country.  The Specific Objectives Are ; (a)     To create employment opportunities and impart people with entrepreneurship skills to improve life standards. (b)    To fight against HIV/AIDS, gender discrimination and general public health education. (c)     To carry out research on behalf of the Organization or any other person or body of persons. (d)    To provide advice and consultancy services of expertise and professional nature. (e)      To promote policy and institutional change that will stimulate economic growth and equity to benefit the majority.
