BINTI AMKA TANZANIA

INTRODUCTION
The Youth Potentials Community Development (YOPOCODE) is developing Social development project basing on educating and promoting young women and encouraging them to reach the goals in all spheres of interest regarding educations, economics and politics out of challenges facing them in Tanzania.
The Project is known as Binti Amka Tanzania and it’s strategically planned to be conducted in all regions in Tanzania. The project is comprises of more than five basic activities to be conducted such as seminars, public concerts,  University concert, schools and college clubs, schools common debates and community development campaign through mass media.
YOPOCODE is undertaking a communications campaign to transmit positive messages about the value of girls and the real and potential contributions of women to their development, and to showcase women’s successes. The campaign may be accompanied by measures that give preferential treatment to girls and women in terms of scholarships, gender-based quotas for employment or financial incentives directed to their families

YOPOCODE is a non-profit organization aimed at empowering and orienting Youth to realize and utilize potentials and actively participate in community development. Originally formed and registered in 2017 respectively. We have been quite successfully in promoting human talents, promoting community development and encouraging peace and security among the people in the country, we also playing part on promoting education in Tanzania and direct participating on solving problems facing community.

OBJECTIVES OF YOPOCODE ORGANIZATION
i. To promote education that empower Youth in realizing and utilizing potentials for community development.
ii. To facilitate establishment of Youth economic groups
iii. To support Youth involvement and participate in community development
iv. To promote Reproductive health education to Youth and fight against HIV/AIDS endemic.
v. To support policy and institutional change that stimulates Youth to engage in economic activities.

MAIN GOAL OF BINTI AMKA TANZANIA
The BINTI AMKA TANZANIA Project goal is, through communication and the exchange of experiences, motivating, educating and encouraging them to reach their dreams in educations, economics and politics.
TARGET GROUPS OF THE PROJECT CAMPAIGN
This project established to save the young women/young girls, at the Domestic and Streets, Primary Schools, Secondary School, Universities and Colleges, City’s Public Concert and Debates. This plan project has been designed to ensure the project campaign and your company increases its status and continuous to grow on all levels.
TARGETED OBJECTIVES OF BINTI AMKA TANZANIA CAMPAIGN
1. Educate girls: Ensure that girls have access to quality education and complete schooling at the levels of their dreams.
2. Improve health: Ensure that girls have access to age appropriate health and nutrition information and services, including life skills‐based Sexuality education, HIV prevention, and sexual and reproductive health.
3. Keep girls free from violence: Prevent and protect girls from all forms of
Gender‐based violence, abuse and exploitation, and ensure that girls who experience
Violence receives prompt services and access to justice. Specific attention will be paid to girls in displacement, as they are increasingly prone to abuse.
4. Promote girl leaders: Ensure that girls gain essential economic and social skills and are supported by mentors and resources to enable them to participate in community life.

5. Count girls: Work with partners to collect, analyze, and use data on girls to advocate for, develop and monitor evidence‐based policies and program  that advance their well‐being and realize their human rights.

    Binti amka ni kampeni inayomsaidia binti ama mtto wa kike na wakiume kujitambua au kutambua jukumu au majukum yampasayo mtto wakike kiukweli ni kampeni yenye tija katika jamii yetu kwa ujumla na ina saidia watoto wakike naitazidi kusaidia Tanzania nzima kwa ujumla.

Vijana Tanzania Na Alfred Mwahalende Kwa mujibu wa mwandishi wa blog ya Dira Ya Kijana Tanzania  Janerosa Mafwimbo anasema “ Neno kijana limekuwa na maana pana na linakuwa likipata tafsiri mbalimbali kutoka katika kila Taifa, jamii au tamaduni fulani.
